Very clean hotel and lovely restaurant. There also was a bar near the lobby for take out to the room. Beautiful setting and staff was great!
Not able to make left turn into hotel had to go to a jug turn to go back to it.

Location was great for my needs, I liked the informal meals offered in the lounge, the staff were very helpful.
Only one thing, they could use more than just one computer for hotel guests.
Attractive, clean, fun, nice place to relax, would come back for pleasure stay.

It has a very comfortable atmosphere.
The room i was given was hard to find - lower pool level with no directional signs on walls.
Overall this hotel is great. rooms are spacious, and clean. hotel restaurant and bar are very nice.

Nicely decorated bedrooms.
Good location. Staff enthusiastic. Buildings old and constructed poorly with apparently little wall insulation. So noise from traffic, hallway, plumbing clearly heard.

The hotel was clean and has been remodeled recently.
They gave us a room in the wing that they were remodeling.
The Inn at Chester Springs is convenient to the turnpike and is an alternative to staying in Philadelphia if travel plans take you to the west. It was clean and the staff was friendly. HBO is included, they have an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and gym. There is a Starbucks and Quiznos next door (cheap alternative to room service). ...read more

The staff were the best. They were especially accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept.
The towels were thin, small and cheap. The fitness room was very limited and the treadmill would stop.
I rate the staff as five star. The facility left something to be desired. It did have a great restaurant. The food was outstanding.

Large room, nice grounds with outdoor pool.
Faces busy divided highway -- tricky to get in and out.
Nice hotel with ongoing remodelling. Cater to large groups on weekends and a bit noisy. Awful coffee machine but very nice toiletries and great shower. Would stay there again.
